We’re a multi-disciplinary team of about 50 based in Nottingham, with backgrounds in health and social care, clinical research, healthcare informatics and leading edge computer science. We’re dedicated to improving lives by transforming the way the world uses information.
We have over 20 years’ domain experience and our goal has always been to develop solutions that both help capture high quality clinical information, and produce insights leading to improved quality of care and better outcomes across the care system.
What about the name?
We’ve recently changed our name from FACE Recording & Measurement Systems to Imosphere to reflect the company’s focus on information and web-based technologies (‘I’= ‘information’, ‘mosphere’= ‘atmosphere’, combined = breathing information). This is also carried into the names of our products, several of which use the prefix ‘Atmo’(=’Atmosphere’).
Who uses our solutions?
Many thousands of health and social care practitioners use our solutions across the UK and Ireland. These include mental health and learning disability services and other organisations whose task is to provide care and support for people with complex needs and/or long-term conditions.
Over the past few years we have had growing international interest in what we do and are now working with leading medical schools, acute care and research institutions in both the USA and mainland Europe.
We work closely with our users on a daily basis and welcome all enquiries and feedback about all aspects of our work.
